When starting the "July 1861" scenerio, I get a Problem error.  It reads "Province info failed column check."  and have to reboot the game.  The other scenerios work fine

As a Civil War junkie I've been anticipating a real ACW game for years. Before I purchase the game I need to know if I'll be able to run it on my computer. I hve a 1.7 processor but only 256 RAM. Do I need to upgrade before I can play? Will the game play if all battles are simulated?
