I uninstalled CMANO and re-installed with my original setup program and updated to 1.02. That solved my fail to load problem.

Edit: I spoke too soon. The problem reoccurs but not as often since I re-installed.

I'm having the same issue. It is PC specific. Both of my units have Win7. My cheaper laptop meets minimum requirements and has prereqs, but fails to complete loading CMANO about 50% of the time. Second laptop has more "muscle" and does not have this problem.

Loaded 1.08.02. It fixed the crash on unit setup and I can proceed with the game.

I would hold off. Game crashes at unit setup. I went back to 1.07.

1.08 produces madexcept upon unit setup. Re-downloaded and tried again with same result. Sent email. Replaced with 1.07 which works fine. Has anyone gotten 1.08 to work?

The developer has posted that an update should be out next week.

I'm running this on a cheap i5, Win7, 4GB laptop and the phases have run quickly (seconds). Is another program running/updating in the background at the same time?

Got my books in and have to say they look great. Seem very detailed with a lot of redundancy which is good because I need all the help I can get.

I've played a couple of weeks against the AI with multiple programs running in Win 7 (I work in Excel and Chrome-flip to play a turn-then back to work). I haven't run into any bugs.
