When you say run the installer again, there are three files, 13.2, 13.3 and 13.exe, which one should I click on. I really appreciate you guys helping me out, I am at a loss, first time I have had this much trouble upsating any game.

When you apply the update, it goes into the CMANO directory, right. There is no file that is titled Shifting Sands or any other DLC. I hope I am right.

Yes, I bought them all and have the serial numbers, is that what they call a license.

According to my scenario list in the game, Chains of War shows up with all of the scenarios.

How do I get a license to play this game, I bought it sometime ago. Had to reload the whole series of CMNAO
but cannot get the scenarios to play.

After loading in v1.12 there are two updates, v1.13 and v1.14, 1.14 includes 1.14.exe, 1.14.2 and 1.14.3. Do I need to download 1.13 and what order do I run 1.14. I was just running 1.14.exe, thinking it would include .2 and .3 Is that correct.

No, only one version loaded in. I received an email from BlueSnap with a link to download the game again. I did not request this but am going to do it, not sure what version it is, will let you know, thanks for your assistance however.

I cannot get 1.14 to load, it goes through the whole process of updating but when I go in and check the version number it still reads 1.13 and the scenarios still will not play.

Every time I attempt to play a scenario I get the following msgs:
ERROR: The scenario file is probably corrupted. Could not determine which database to use.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I just bought Shifting Sands, first time buying an add-on. Where do I install it too, the CMNAO Scenario folder, the Live folder or just load it into the CMNAO folder. Also, there are three files, 1.13.exe,
1.13.2 and 1.13.3, which file do I select to install it.

I just downloaded subject game and received three files v1.12 and v1.12.5 which is not a rar file.
it is a setup file.
Do I download the setup for the v1.12.5 after loading in the game and what is it for.0
The third file is v1.13 I know what to do with that one.
