Why are the Romanians frozen for turn 1? They started fighting the Soviets same time as the Germans on June 22 1941 not June 29 1941?

That would be in the disable area not the casualties for the battles of the week. I have seen the negative amounts in the disabled area of the killed and capture.

My question is how does the Soviets have a Negative combat loss for 3 turns in a row.

Does it matter if a unit is in refit and either attacks or defends?

Can a unit in refit be next to an enemy unit and still get replacements?

I remember in the game War in Russia you were able to change production in factories to start producing new AFV's or planes earlier.

In WitE, I don't see this ability. Am I missing something. I'm in the Grand Campaign 1941.

If you hover the mouse over the unit, it will tell you if it will withdraw and in how many turns. I know in the Leningrad operation about 5 panzer/motorized units that disappear after the 1st turn.

I had saved the game before ending turn 1 and hover the mouse of the units.

Thanks, it worked and all the video ran until I bypass it again.

The Introduction video at the initial loading screen will not appear any more. After 1 time of hitting to bypass it only the music plays but the video doesn't show.
