OK... I can see where you're coming from. But what I really would like to know is what kind of CV's you're able to get. Because the best I can seem to manage is 4 or 5 tops, for a non-guards division with 0 fatigue and 100 CPP. I stack the Army HQ's (5 divisions per army) with 4-5 artillery SU's ...

4) House rules - if you are playing open TBs an Axis player can send all their panzer units to TBs and replace them with infantry units which significantly improves their winter situation. I'd suggest either playing with closed TBs or having a house rule restricting them from doing this.

At least AFVs in Heavy Snow Axis is much, much worse.

There are a couple of guides that give a step by step instructions on how to create T1 pockets for the Axis. At times a touch tedious but it will teach you movement and combat.
