It was caused by air sqd size going from 20 to 32. This means that every airbase starts the turn low on ammo and the Air Phase tops them up. In mud this is a disaster.

Solution (I hope) - send the complete Red Airforce to the Reserve. How historical is that.

I just noticed that simply by executing the Air Phase (No air directives enabled, all air units on Rest), my vehicle pool was reduced by close to 6k, seemingly going into Depots.

Like why? Admittedly it is Mud and some bases are low on Ammo. And its the first turn in April 43 where air unit size ...

I downloaded the latest save and built gd airborne divs and they numbered from 1 on up. They didn't have the gd flag set, so we'll try to fix that bug. Its 31st jan 1943, T85, and Mech and Tank Corps have disappeared from the list of buildable units.

The little I have read is that me110s had to be withdrawn as fighters from the Eastern ...

Everytime I create a Guards Airborne it creates the 1st. Currently I have 4 x 1st Guards Airborne Division.
