HQ range.

<t> I have a question about the HQ range, it's mentioned in the manual but I'm still uncertain as to where you can actually read the percentage? <br/>
The new concept of officers and their staff and their mutual interaction, that's explained very well, but not the actual range of the HQ's.<br ...

Yep, me too this morning (that's six hours ahead of you guys). No Matrixsite to be found, only the site of an provider of some sorts? Didn't look like a hack though.

RE: Partisans

Pretty disastruous [:@] Do these attacks have a lasting effect on your supply lines? I mean you have to send repair units to do the thing repair units do?
And the bright red counters make it easy to spot the partisanattacks, well chosen.

I don't know if this is possible or not, but if you registered your game at Matrix' you could download it and install again.

Nicely done Judge.
And I agree with you about supporting your local shop, I'd rather pay a few Euro's extra so you support a local shop where you can *talk* about the things you do for a hobby (whatever hobby that may be, be it modelling or fishing) than go online.

Good choice. If you can cut his supply lines and isolate his units, then you will have bought yourself some more time.... I don't see lots of reserves at his side either.

Glad you got it figured out. And the solution you mention has already been posted... somewhere buried deep in this forum. I did read it, but forgot about it too. [:(]
This game *is* a golden oldie, but apparently the game engine is in serious need of a major overhaul.

My first thoughts exactly: "Jeeesus!" (pardon my language). But it's impressive indeed, it's huge. And the colours are well chosen too!

Strategic and/or Tactical (not to be confused with real time) of the Sengoku Jidai period of medival Japan. Seems like a great period to game, with not a lot of competitors in the marketplace that aren't "real time".

<t> Maybe it has to do with the colour scheme? .... I do this from my memory but I think the game does not support 32bit colour depth, and it wants to play it in 16bit colourdepth. When I start the game up windows says the game changed the colourscheme, but it does this automatically, and it returns ...

I do however have another question if you don't mind, and I don't know if this has been asked before or not. Can you set the losses at which your unit will retreat from combat? (within certain parameters that is, a low ...

<r> Good question, if the retreat hex is randomly chosen than there's not much to be chosen... but if the retreat hex is the opposite hex from the mainattack force then you can sort of get the enemy unit into a hex you prefer.<br/>

RE: Typhoon screenshots

<t> How are the colours chosen? I mean, they are necessary for organizing your units, but some may like them and some may not. In Advanced Tactics you can easily change the colours by clicking on a HQ unit, a popup menu appears and from there you can define the colour you want. You can even add more ...
