RE: Composition of Generic Soviet and German IDs for early WWII

I'm aware of all that.

But I am trying to create generic divisions for a small scenario that does not deal with any specific battle. So, I don't expect it to be exactly accurate. It's just a fictional scenario for me to play around with.

RE: Game screen size of TOAWIII?

<t> Well, the price of TOAWIII is certainly right. Recently I was reading one of Charles Sharp's Red Army Orders of Battle, and suddenly got an itch to play TOAW and maybe create a scenario based on one of Col. David Glantz's "Forgotten Battles" books.<br/>

I was surprised to find that the ...

RE: Eagle Day Scoring and Victory Qontitions questions

<t> One thing that has always confused me about this game is the point scoring system. I've read the manual, read various forum posts, and I have to ask--couldn't there have been a simpler way? I like to check after every few missions to see how I'm doing, but it's hard to get a handle on just what ...

I heard about that. Unfortunately that was before I discovered this game. I'm surprised that they did not make the name file an editable txt file, because I think most people who bought this game would want to add names to it.

RE: Pilot quality/replacements

I've always wished we could edit the name file and add our own pilots. I'd love to add as pilots all my relatives who served in the war. I have friends who have relatives who served on the German side, and I'd love to add them as well.

RE: Suggestions for future patches

In the post-mission briefing screen, I would like to see aircraft losses expressed as a percentage of the raid force in addition to being expressed in numerical terms. All of the bomber campaign histories I have read use the raw number and the percent.

Thanks for the replies.

I contacted the vendor. They sent me the correct serial number, which is different from the one printed on the CD.
