I created for each type one before re-installing directX 9.c
and one after as I noticed the re-installation of PZC (and/or manual installed files) have "switch off" the system.dll file for Directx !?

Same problem with any scen. or campaign whatever side choosen.

Reinstall DirectX 9.c and PCK twice
Launched manually the files above without results

I got Panzer Command Kharkov by download and whatever campaign or scen I choose
the loading freezes when the message "Loading Interface" is displayed.

I reinstalled DirectX 9.c from March 08 without improvments [:(]
