Are Armored division movement rate Slowed by non mechanized support units?
i.e. engineer support units? If so, how do I get engineering support for an armored division.

Is there a way to use the editor to impact a current game. For example, during a current game I forgot to modify a provisional HQ so that it would not automatically deactivate. I want to bring back the HQ.

Modifying 1941 campaign: How do I modify an existing Soviet ground or air unit's morale or experience? I changed ground unit's morale and experience to 65%. When I started the campaign the morale and experience changed back to about 35%

Are partisan attacks on rail lines done automatically or does the player have to conduct the partisan attacks? As SU I have partisans with 700 men 400 supplies and 400 ammo but I am unable to attack rail lines and the AI has not done it for me.

If a recaptured port needs to be linked to a rail network in order to repair the port, how can behind enemy lines amphibious attacks be supplied other than by air? As you noted, hope a dev or someone else could comment.

In the 1941 campaign version 1.40.40 the Russions move first on Turn 1. Is this correct?

I upgraded my WITE to v1.4.4 I don't have a readme file for the new version. How can I get one.

Also...is it my imagination or is it a glitch: In the 1.4.4 does the Russions now go first in the 1941 campaign?

Could not find the process in the manual and while in the locate factory mode I clicked on the city name but the move option did not appear. Stumped. Need assist. Thanks.

A screen shot is attached. The problem might be moot because when I ran the turn the blank counters were no longer present. Unless you have other thoughts I would like to consider this problem closed.
