Game won't load

After finally getting Mac version of Pacific War to download now the game just freezes when you go to load the game. Any ideas on how to fix?

cpu-speed and duo core2

I was just wondering my computers cpu is rated at 2.27 and is also a duo core 2-im just wondering i usually trade in my laptop every two years because of the change in technology. Im just wondering on a system like mine would games rated above the cpu speed of 2.27 still work.
