Scenarios

Hello, I was wondering if you all could elaborate on the scenarios. Theres two 1861 campaigns listed, I’m assuming Manassas to Appomattox is Eastern Theater only and Blue and Gray is the Grand Campaign? Are the other campaigns regulated to specific theaters, or are they just different start points ...

Scenarios

Will SC3 have smaller scenarios, or only main campaigns? The ability to play just the Eastern or Western Front in SCWW1 is what got me to purchase that game, would like to see something similar here.

<r> Thanks for the advice guys. BTW, I'd suggest checking out "Sardinian Brigade" by Emilio Lussu (<URL url="https://www.amazon.ca/Sardinian-Brigade-Emilio-Lussu/dp/1853753602"><LINK_TEXT text="https://www.amazon.ca/Sardinian-Brigade ... 1853753602">https://www.amazon.ca/Sardinian-Brigade-Emilio ...

WWI Italian Front resources

I am doing a large research project on the Italian military during WWI, and I am having trouble with finding good sources. Does anyone here know of any good websites/articles/etc.? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the update, I saw somewhere that you where working on Victory and Glory: Napoleon too? I like the system you have here and hope Forced March Games does well; eager for the update.

RE: Any chance for a Rome/mp expansion after or before your new game?

<t> I would vote for "The Fall of Rome". As you mentioned, balancing the game would be very difficult and probably require either forcing the Roman player to make bad moves, or giving the Carthaginians a combat and production boost. There's also nothing stopping you from coming back at a later date ...

Gamey Element

<t> After securing the airbase at Foggia, the Allies can Para Drop as far north as Livorno. Doing a drop here kills the AI, as it will then start pulling everything back north to deal with this threat, thus allowing the Allies to march steadily and unopposed up the boot. I haven't played a PBEM, but ...

RE: PFE - Thoughts from Vets?

<t> (1.) The simplicity of the game, UI makes finding info fast and easy, it takes place in an overlooked theater of the war, unit count is relatively low, if you like Frank's other games you'll like this one too<br/>
(2.) Game's simplicity depending on how deep of a game you want, lack of other ...

RE: rebuilding unit

<t> This was brought up earlier and should be fixed with 1.04. The lack of railroads you brought up is a choice in design I'm assuming- it's not a game breaking aspect though IMO. As for the replacements, there is a reason as to when and why you get them. Frank mentioned once when I thought I'd ...

There is still fun to be had with PFE, it's one of the easier pick up and play games too. The game is playable in its current state, but I've yet to start it up for awhile as I'm waiting for the update.

<t> Would it be possible to change the Allied AI behavior? It currently prefers to use large stacks, this makes the frontline only 5 or so hexes long as opposed from coast to coast. As a result the Axis player can focus his efforts in one central area. Will we see the addition of the Italians as ...

<t> I just sent two saved games via my ymail. I saw the unit surrender bug again- it's the CDN 1st and GBR 5th, no other units have had this issue.
