focal points for research cant be changed

I seem to be having problems trying to change focal points for research. Its locked in once I focus on something i.e. Industry I can't cancel out or change it even on later turns. Is there a solution to this situation?

Thanks Mark for your confirmation. Ive just realized that Cannon aid and Weapon aid become available a few months into 1776 in the pbem game Im currently playing. I had more than 10000 recruits but very few muskets with which to arm them.

Influence table access

Ive noticed on the Influence table that Cannons aid and Weapons aid are greyed out and unable to be selected. In the later scenarios they are not greyed out. Is this a technical problem or just the case that these types of influence can be purchased only later in the game.?

There is an event which I have seen in a number of games against the AI that gives Germany control of Denmark and Norway. It occurs I think in April 1940. The only problem then is getting toops to Norway to garrison it properly

Jack have you given any further thought to make a distinctive colour for allied and italian tank units. Its great to be able to pick out the panzers so easily and as an allied player no where they are on the map.

I like the fact that bombers are more effective as it gives the allies more of a chance to counter attack against the axis. Bombers are now a worthwhile build. <br/>

Thanks for the new mod. I noticed in your earlier notes you had planned to make ground units such as normal infantry more expensive yet the cost appear unchanged. Is this due to the lesser number of turns per game year?

Opponent wanted

I am looking to play the allies in a PBEM game. I have played PBEM before so I know the drill. I can play depending on the time zone difference more than 1 turn a day. Any one willing to play a game from beginning to end please PM me if available.

In my current game its may 1942 and Vichy France is still in existence. I will let you know their fleet strength if they collapse. Maybee the answer for the allies is not to conquer them completely?

A solution to the problem might involve having land units reinforcements which arrive because of specific events appear on the map at specific locations i.e capital cities. that way they would not dissapear in PBEM games

PBEM land unit reiforcements not turning up in the forcepool

I am currently playing my first PBEM game as the allies and russia. My land units dont turn up in the forcepool next turn when I get a message saying that certain specific reinforcements have been added to the forcepool. i.e 6th Australian division for the British. Is this normal?

I am playing the allies in the 1939 campaign (PBEM game). There are no greek leaders in the forcepool. Is this a mistake? Other minors get leaders where are the greek generals hiding?
