I've noticed I have trouble spotting my explorer or constructor ships at times due to it. I'll see the icons for my frigates and such but completely overlook those cause the icons aren't there or only partially there.

I've seen oddities with my explorer ships this morning. I order them to explore the system, and all they do is go to the center of the solar system, look at the sun. Then maybe check out one other item then they stop and I get a message that they completed their mission.

Far as I can tell, Empire B's armies are added to your strength, then disappear once you won. I'm going to guess whoever has the largest army is the one that wins over all.
