RE: Game Suggestions:

<t> I'd like to see an Early Barbarossa Scenario, starting about 22 May 1941.&nbsp; As of now, the editor will not allow the start date of Barbarossa to be changed to a date prior to 22 June 1941.&nbsp; <br/>

This scenario would assume the anti-Axis coup in Yugoslavia in March 1941 never ...

RE: Happy Holidays from Matrix Games!

<t> Ever think Matrix may have over-priced War in the East? Ever think Matrix is running a sale just to achieve their projected sales numbers in terms of units sold?<br/>
<br/>
Just a quick tip...if you don't like the question, complain to one of the mods or just don't answer.<br/>

RE: Happy Holidays from Matrix Games!

No answer from the powers that be.

Why am I not surprised?

Matrix Games wouldn't want a customer revolt to deal with, would they?

RE: Happy Holidays from Matrix Games!

Just a quick question, but do you intend to provide a 33% rebate to all of your customers who paid full price for Gary Grigsby's War in the East? Or were we just unlucky enough to have bought the game at the wrong time of year?

With the number of looks and no comments, I guess the answer is "no".

New Mods for JT's BNW and BCW?

Just curious, but is anyone working on new mods - flags, units, maps, etc. - for John Tiller's Battleground Napoleonic Wars and/or his Battleground Civil War? The games could definitely use a facelift.

I've looked all over the Net and have found nothing for these games.

RE: Changing Background Music

Nope. No music folder anywhere.

I've looked several times in every folder in both BNW and BCW. I posted here as an action of last resort.

Thanks anyway.

Changing Background Music

I'm curious....has anyone ever tried to change the background music in Battleground Napoleonic Wars and/or Battleground Civil War? If so, how would you go about making that happen?

Thanks in advance!

Good idea.

Otherwise, I'd be interested in knowing whether or not fatigue is somehow included in another Soft Factor.

How do I start a computer vs computer game?

I want to do a Barbarossa scenario using the computer vs computer mode (AI vs AI), but I don't see/understand what I need to do to actually start the game.

Thanks in advance!

By the way, as someone who played the original War in the East with all the cardboard counters and the gigantic maps, this version exceeds all of my expectations! Very well done!

Computer vs Computer?

This may sound like a real silly question, but...

Is it possible to set the game to allow the computer to play both sides of a scenario? Sometimes you can learn a lot about a game by using this approach.

Thanks in advance!
