I think I might pick up this game, but I wish there was a game out there that had every nations and it's OoB (39-45) or at least a game that was mod-able to allow that.

Would modders be able to change units in the game? For instance, can someone take a Panzer II and change it's stats and image to make it an Italian M14/41?

The BA series looks a little cartoonish and as far as I know it doesn't cover North Africa or any of the Pacific War

Just wondering if the vehicles and stats can be changed?

For instance can we create a M4 sherman in this game?

Can you create "new" units for this game?

For instance an M-4A3 sherman? Can you put in it's stats and an image of an M4 and have a new unit?
