Do you have an integrated GPU on your machine? If so, that might be the issue as Windows will default to using the integrated GPU over your NVida GPU.

The custom ship designs are held in your Documents folder. Look for them under <Path to your documents folder>\Documents\My Games\Rule the Waves 3\Custom Files.

The old Ageod games are still on my systems. AJE, and its DLC are still top notch when it comes time to scratch that 'Friends, Romans, countrymen' itch. I'm currently at July 70 AD in the Year of four Emperors campaign.
