No, but consider this issue resolved. About 20 minutes after the download was complete, the download showed up as a zip file (as usual) in my File Manager, and it extracted fine, so not sure what that delay was all about.

Thanks, I was able to get it through the "Check for Updates" link on the opening launch page of the game. It directs you back to the download page from which I was able to grab it from among all the prior downloads.

Confirmed. I installed Build 1328.18 and all aircraft are on bases and in various stages of readiness when the scenario opens.

Just downloaded RC3 and opened it up and ran it for a few seconds. All of the aircraft are airborne and none of the bases, including the carriers, have aircraft on them. Followed the usual procedures for downloading Community scenarios, so am scratching my head.

Whether it was the coming eclipse or the NJ earthquake, uninstalling and reinstalling the game and all the DLC resolved the hang-up issue even after installing the latest DB images, so they were not likely the culprit. Thanks again for the feedback.
