I can't save alterations to scenario TOE(OB). Game version 1.00.11

I can add and edit units in the roster but if I try to change a single letter in TOE it won't save.

Bug?

Anyone can tell why changing unit colors work in game but not in the editor? I can change the color but when I save and load the scenario it resets.

Speaking of worthless, my VVS fighter bombers recently did interdiction jobs for quite a few turns along the front in late-41 to early -42 period and never got a single german killed.&nbsp;[:D]
