vanishing routers

when I was playing the union I could pursue routing confederates to the map edge. now im playing the south and find union routing armies disappear after 2 or 3 moves,even when still in the middle of the battle map. is this normal?

you can adjust visible posts by changing 'display topics from last' just above these posts.

ive also just started playing. the answer in the forums appears to be you cant change build orders tho there might be a way I haven't found.

ports can repair ships and are needed for ship building with lvl of development affecting what can be built and ships starting morale. refits as such dont exist tho there are lots of upgrades that can be added to ships at any time.

in the 1792 poland scenario france is receiving credit for victorys on both land and sea when it has been defeated.this makes defeating france very difficult indeed and is highly annoying!!

diplomats bug?

in my current game i went to great expense building high lvl courts in one province to recruit diplomats. on recruiting said diplomat his stats were much lower than they should have been for the no of courts in the province. what then,is the point of building higher lvl courts?
