RE: OT: The Enigma code

<t> Sorry. The Poles provided an enigima machine to the British. It was the British who eventually broke the code.<br/>
<br/>
The Germans used enigma to the end of the war and were so confident in it they rarely changed the code wheels.<br/>

Thank you. I appreciate the explanation of the why behind the decision. It was has also been pointed out that a number of the Soviet TO&E's fall into a similiar situation. If that is so then they should receive the same consideration.<br/>

My main point is that ...

RE: Game Suggestion

<t> Should the Soviet TO&E's not be the basis for the OOB? I know the Player can pick and choose what he builds but still should not both sides be given the option of choosing what the leadership layed out as most feasible verses what someone decides should be the structure. <br/>

RE: Is WiTE Balanced?

I am very much in favor of eliminating the extra innings.
Where do I send my vote? [;)]
BTW, I have always been unclear why the Grand Campaign ended in October 45.
Would someone enlighten me on the process that resulted in that date verses the historical one?

RE: TOE Errata

<t> I am with MechFO on this one. Making an arbitrary decision to reduce the Axis artillery strength in the Division (where it is needed most) because you do not agree with the historical TO&E could be perceived as bias. Let the player decide what to do with assets available. If the player needs to ...

RE: Panzer Vorwärts! MOD

<t> Again thanks to both of you. What I was looking for was the SdKfz 250/9. This version had a turret mounted 2cm cannon and MG34'42 identical to the one found on the SdKfz 222. The image Omat provided was close enough. Like you Tail_Gunner the SdKfz 250/10 and the SfKfz 250/11 are also on my wish ...

<t> In the 1920's Poland not only fought a war with Russia but had very successfull skirmishes with Germany, Czechoslovakia and Lithuania. The Border wars resulted in the Poles acquiring lands from Germany, Ukraine and Lithuania and losing some to Czechoslovakia. Needless to say, the Ukraine and ...

Omat;

Thank you. Just the bit of chrome I desired. Now if you could create the recon version of the Sdkfz 250 or just the troop carrier I would be in your debt. Again, many thanks.

<t> The bicycle recon battalion, the flak companies and SP Gun companies are (in game terms) a lazer sight equipped butcher knife but in reality they were useful.
