when j install only Command Ops Battle of Bulge and lunch autorun in window the PDF manuel open, but when j install expansion Higway to the Reich the pdf manual is not lunch.

Only with Command Ops Battle of the bulge when I click autorun and click the game manual it open, but after, install expansion HTTR game manuals do not open and I can not open other files in pdf. why? J have windows 8

J buy Field of Glory version 1.7.2 with magazine, j can not register the game in Matrix Games and J can not intalling updates 1.80 and 1.81 because jhave answer invalid serial number. Why?
