How to reorganize HQ

Complete new to this game, so excuse if the question is a bit stupid.
Can a HQ organize another HQ?
If no, how can a HQ become organized? I know, at end of turn, and with an O-chit. Is there any other option?

Not a bug. Is the first turn. NC and Tenesee didn´t secede, so they are impassable. You have to wait 2 or 3 turns, to move this stack...

I got it! At the end of the models folder is a file, called cache. You have to modified in this file, and voila. It´s no easy, but it can be done...

Vielen Dank, Klink. I found that folder, too. I manage to add an attribute, but it doesn´t appear in the campaign, so I´m doing something wrong...

I was late in 1863, when my game crashes. A strange message appear when i´ve tried to load or resume the game. But i can´t. It says i had to post this file in the forums, so here you are...
