But is it possible to mix races from different mods? I would like to see how the Star Trek races would fare against some of the ones in the Extended mod.

This is only a beta patch. Maybe the developers will add the option to the final version of the patch assuming people stay civil about it.

I was a race with peaceful traits, but after starting one too many wars with the same opponent, my reputation became Diabolical. With no pirates around to crush, I couldn't get my reputation up and there was no chance for me.

but it somehow felt nice when the whole galaxy thought I was Diabolical.

Sorry for this newb question, but I can't figure out how to research resupply ships? What do I need to be able to get them?

Yeah I still get the tool tips when I hover over the taskbar. This is really strange.

I get all the other tool tips. The only one that doesnt come up is when I mouse over the leaders on the leaders page.

I've noticed in watching Let's Plays that you can get a tool tip when you mouse over a leader's traits. When I do it, I'm not getting anything. Is there a way to activate these tool tips?

I get stutter and I also get the music shutting down. I've stopped playing the game because of it.

Thats where I'm having the problem. When I click the Ships and Bases button and click on the filters, construction ships isnt one of the options. It shows construction yards, but not ships. Or am I still looking in the wrong place?
