It seems to be dependent on the scenario you are playing. I did a csv extraction for scenario 2 and scenario 28. The lists for ME are quite different.

As far as I can tell, just send it to the nearest base with fuel. The SYS damage will increase, but the FLOAT damage will not.
I've had the same problem and had the sub get to Perth with 99 SYS damage.

I have no idea if this scenario will be balanced, but it will be a dog fight for sure. Japan is quite powerful in the beginning, but the Allies will get increased firepower soon.

What you are looking for is in Tracker. You must have the map loaded in Tracker for it to work.

The biggest reason I use CV Escort TFs is they show up as a different type of TF in the TF list. It makes is easier to
