Won't make the plane a war winner, but maybe a bit more useful.
Pilots of Empire thank you for your efforts. Now it's very useful plane. I think especially due to this plane AB role.

60k resources in Tokyo. It means crisis.
You have more than 1 mln resources in Hakodate, easy to transport to Omimato.
But 1 mln resources is still only for less than month, maybe week or two.

You use naval shipyard points to build warships not HI points. When you want save HI points you should stopped different industries (like N/M shipyard, engines etc...). Don't specific ships ...

The problem is that "AFB" ;-) accept only the game in which the Japanese player will play in exactly the same way as history or possibly worse.

Way too much logistics .....

It was just such a war. Using one model of aircraft of a given type is perhaps effective, but not much fun and not realistic.

With PDU: On, my IJA bombers are all flying either the Helen or the Nick by late 1942.
You should play with PDU off. More fun, more types of aircraft, more problem with R&D choice. ;-)
