After the latest update, the water in my games has changed color from blue to neon yellow. How to I change it back to blue?

Well, right after I posted I actually saw 2 surface ships cruise right above the USS Tunney. Both Soviet destroyers drove right by. I fired a torpedo at one of them, but I missed. I will just keep at it. Thanks for the link to the AAR.

So I have played this scenario twice from start to finish. Both times I haven't seen any evidence of the Soviets. No subs, no surface ships, nothing. Any advice so I can get this one behind me?

Well, I will have to pay closer attention to the Message Log next time I have a sub under attack then.

Chris has a good point. I've never seen a sub ever use a decoy either. That's a little odd, given I've played like 500+ hours of Command.

Is there any reason for this?

Any idea when this will be ready for Steam? The last time I tried to update myself I ended up freezing my Command program and it didn't work until I erased everything and started again.

I can't get a screen cap to work. But, it says that it cannot find part of the path...then it gives the file as C:Program Files.../GIS/SeaIce/Arctic.

Then it goes into a long string of characters and stuff.

I didn't see this thread until this morning but I do have the Raptr program installed and running. I will turn it off when I get home and see if it helps.

Sounds like it is the culprit.

I turned off the Steam overlay and I am still having the same problem. I did recording of it, but I don't know how to find and/or attach the recording here.

Sorry, I'm not really much of a computer guy.
