Downloaded detail and image databases(mods)...confirm DB folder has rec'd/shows files; but images do not show up during game. I'm a neophyte. Help please

One of the more enjoyable original Harpoon scenario(s) was the WW2 group...the North Atlantic convoy crossings for example. Are there plans to introduce same in Command? Database simpler, more U-Boat strategy etc.As an intro/training series an easier application.

Just digitally downloaded Command, updated ver 1.4 but on opening both Tutorial and scenarios, no maps? Everything else in display works. Is there and additional 3rd. party download needed to show maps? Please help.
