Can you confirm if the Shifting Sands add on from the DLC is only for CMO or can I play it on CMANO?

Could anyone please advise where I could find the Allied OOB.
I have looked/searched in this forum, the manual, the old game forum, even looked in the games files but cannot find it.
Would anyone happen to know or even send me it please.

When I look at the Pearl Harbour Base, it show 5 battleships and 3 carriers,
however when I try to make a bombardment taskforce or and Air Combat it only shows me one Battleship or Carrier in the listings.
Has anyone else seen this?
Is it a bug?

I applied the "-f -px1280 -py1024 -altFont -skipVideo -dd_sw -archive -SingleCpuOrders -deepColor" into the target within the shortcut on my desktop (derived from the installation).
Should I make a new shortcut directly from the exe file?

ok managed to workout where I was going wrong - I was putting the 'switches' within the "" and not outside. Have now applied it and it seems to have sped up the game.
