Yes, playing PBEM right now with a friend, made a tool that syncs savegames to cloud, so we don't have to email the files everyone. We're playing coop as I'm teaching him how to play, we absolutely love multiplayer

The password to the savegame is pretty easy to find. The temp.txt file is however binary and you need source code/tools to deserialize to an workable object.

Right clicking during nation creation

When you accidentally right click during one of the nation creation screens, it seems to be skipping the steps (and accept default?). I think it would be nice to disable this I think, because there is also no way to go back.

Another small improvement:
When you set zone orders and then press rename the zone, it resets the orders you've set before, it would be nice if these could stay so you won't have to set them again

Yes you can, unfortunately there are not many coop scenario's. What I sometimes do is in the editor, split one side into 2 and divide the assets so you can coop :)
