RE: Unit colors

Having both would be very nice.
It would indeed be very nice, doesn't have to be on by default but an option for those wanting it on.

<r> @sepp3gd<br/>
Absolutely agree with you. Couldn't care less about 3D rotating a map. I'm sure if we could do it in CC2 A Bridge Too Far on 1024x768 we don't have a problem now <E>;)</E> The basic things of CC is what does it for me, group/individual morale, health ammo, weapons, range of those ...

Understandable. Thanks for the information and for letting us know it's at least on the agenda ;)
I hope all will go well with the project and looking forward to the future!

Right, frustrated people aside and back on topic :D

Is it possible for us to see some screenshots of some early CC on the new engine?

RE: Close Combat - The Bloody First, dates update

<t> I guess what I'm trying to say is that one building could have a higher top floor than the other (numbers on the buildings) which would allow for scouting, machine gun nests and sniping for example. You could look over another building. If all building have one level then this whole strategic ...

RE: Close Combat - The Bloody First, dates update

I think it was very crucial in the previous CC games and I was quite surprised to read in an older thread that they removed it. Other than that, this is nothing but great news :)

RE: Close Combat - The Bloody First, dates update

<r> I'm really happy about this news update and the choices you people have made.<br/>
<br/>
Now, I'm just gonna go ahead and ask the question we all want to know: Does this switch of engine mean we can have multiple floor houses like in ALL THE CC GAMES and which is a CRITICAL part of the whole ...

RE: Screenshots over at Pocket Tactics

<r> I am looking forward to this but to be honest;<br/>
- Not having multi floor buildings like we had in all the CC2 and later games is in my opinion a GIGANTIC step back and was something you would really consider for scouting/sniping/mg placement. Is this compensated?<br/>

Wish you did more updates with the occasional screenshot/youtube clip, it wouldn't hurt the marketing for this game which seems absolutely absent.<br/>

Why isn't there more marketing? Either by you or publisher?<br/>

Aye, thanks for the update Steve, hope there will soon be more info or screenshots, something we are all looking forward to. Or a little 10/15 second movie of troop movement? ;)

Good luck on the coding, wish I could help.

Let's be fair, the idea of adding a medic is realistic as they existed in WW2 on all sides. <br/>

The problem is where to include them, how to include them and what they would be doing, that's a discussion. <br/>

Personally I don ...

Saving after campaign or operation execute

<r> Hi everyone,<br/>
<br/>
I have a suggestion for a fix to an in my opinion very irritating event.<br/>

Scenario:<br/>
1. Campaign or Operation selected, you type the name of what you want to save it as and continue<br/>
2. You are on the map overview with all units, you carefully make ...

RE: German tanks vs British tanks, seems odd

<t> I had a game versus a lot of Shermans, no problem at all hitting them, switch back to Churchills and I'll have to be as careful as I can be. Flank them, quickly roll out take one shot, hope not being killed and move back. And kinda repeat that... One on one, won't work AT ALL.<br/>
<br/>
But ...

German tanks vs British tanks, seems odd

<r> At the moment I'm playing a lot of GWTC and what I'm finding out is that VS the AI it seems the British tanks are much more accurate. The first few times I was like ok bad luck but I can literally play battles over and over the same happens, even when I properly outflank them. I need 3 Panzer ...

RE: What's going on?

<r> First off, I'm grateful and happy CC is still being developed, and specially on a nice new 3D engine but still keeping some of the old style.<br/>
<br/>
What I'm really surprised about is that in my opinion (and I'm sure it is shared) there is so little information / marketing happening for ...
