Militia

How about attaching them to the zone governor and not to SHQ with penalties for beeing out of range/ out of zone?

This would give some relevance to the war stat of the governor and hinder out of area use of militias.

I use the asset screen a lot for planning. Please increase the visibility of production/ building percentage. The green bars are nearly invisible. It would also be great to see the projected need of resources for production and construction regime wide.

I would also love a ammo auto production ...

In my opinion the biggest potential of this games can be found in military organisation. Right now increasing "size and complexity" only increases size and in effect reduces complexity.

As a game mechanic I think it is lacking because i dont see a real advantage in making bigger units to stacking ...

I nearly always only produce one unit af arty of each kind, mainly to unlock the model tree. I never have them organic in units but organize them in independent battalions under SHQ. I always go for the biggest tube size. Their job is to reduce readiness and entrechment before an assault.

I nearly always scrap my obsolete vehicles after bringing new ones to the front line. Reinforcements can be produced instantly and vehicles in SHQ virtually eat my ressources.

I tend two have to kind of tank models for each class, one with high velocity guns and the other an allrounder.

Currently i Know no reliable way to send the correct model as reinforecement to the correct unit other than abusing the quality setting.

Planning tool

To my understanding building assets only uses items already in the SHQ. Therefore it would be great to see a summary of items that will be used for construction in the next turn.

(I know, that I can do the maths in the construction report, but I am lazy.)

I personally would love a sysrem where your "society" produces a pool of potential leaders with regime, assets, military organization, culture ... playing a role. This leaders can then be recruited once they have a certain seniority.

Starting Position

It would be nice to have a security perimeter around the starting city. A major regime encoaching upon your city can make some starts hardly playable.

I would also be fine if at least on political party would be aligned with the choices for the civilization.

I dont think that having a better designer menu would interfer with the random part of designing.

After puttimg everything together there are the design rolls to show wether everything works out as planned.
