Unfortunately, neither PBEM nor forum posts seem to be gaining much traction in game about the Spanish Civil War.
This game may be more of an interest in Spain itself. But it is a good choice to introduce the game system and program.

Re: Bottlenecks occur in surprising places

In one game against the AI, a xAK was hit by one burst from a M2 from a PT Boat early in the war. That Japanese ship sank from that one hit.

Re: Withdrawal of Ground Units

What happens to the elements (squads, artillery, AFV's etc) of ground units that are withdrawn? Do they disappear or are they returned to the pool?

Does it make a difference if the units are in an unrestricted command (and if that does make a difference, does transferring a unit to an ...

Re: #NO PASARAN! fighting off Q-Ball and his Nationalists

You might want to check your PBs that have only AAMGs as their armament, they should get upgrades with depth charges turning them into SCs. Even just one depth charge rack can kill submarines.

Re: Fuel Movement Issue/Bug

So, a couple questions:

1. Can we switch to Simple Logistics in the middle of a PBEM game?

2. If not, can this be addressed?, or

3. Tell me what I am doing wrong or missing

Also, not sure if it's related, but I noticed that Supplies are accumulating at Cadiz for no reason......514K and rising ...

Re: Moving Fuel Inland

Have your ports "repel" the fuel, they will ship the fuel out. It is the opposite of "stockpile" and is in the same location on the base screen.

The same for oil and also have logistical units at the bases where you want the fuel and oil to go.

Found the setting.....it doesn't seem to help ...

Re: Poll - War In Spain

I think the game is in a bad state regarding UI/UX. To the point where I cannot really play it because it is so painful. The choice of conflict is not the problem, maybe not so much naval action is going on, but the problem is the engine itself.

Here are the things that bother me the most:

Re: WitPTracker News

Not being able to run the tracker on my Linux is one of the reasons I postpone beginning to play this game as people keep telling it is a must. I think Python has much better chance of working, so I am looking forward for the new version. Good luck and thanks in advance!

It may also be that the devs did not want capital ships carrying troops, but the database required an entry value. The devs just made an arbitrary number (1000) that was too large to allow troops.

Cruisers are capital ships. Actually, the Yamato and the Mushashi did carry troops and equipment ...

Re: IRON MAN SCENARIO

BTW, playing VH setting skews combat die rolls in favour of AI.

So, it kind of deducts from combat resolution realism.

Don't forget, you also see supplies magically deposited on isolated islands, further negativing any semblance of realism. The Japanese do not "wither on the vine".

Re: Arriba Espana, Parte 2! A Nationalist PBEM AAR Q-Ball (N) v Przemek (R)

One option for you is to destroy squads and other devices to weaken the enemy. You have better and more artillery, once you get your armoured forces into play, they can race behind the enemy to cut retreat routes. But do not risk too much if you can't capture a heavily defended base, just pick off ...

What is the flooding on the destroyer? If any of it is minor flooding then naval support might help the ship refloat itself.

Here is the DD in Tarifa. It is on "Repair Ship" mode, and the estimate is "204#", which I think means 204 days to repair all but the major and weapons damage.

I've ...
