So I've taken a quick look at the scenario now. It looks like you've put some work in on this, which is great, but there are a few things I would ask you to insert to make it more realistic. -Japan as an independent side under AI control -Australia as an independent side under AI control -Submarines...

It's going to take a while -- did you retain the Chinese forces from the 2022 scenario? If so it'd make life a lot easier, I'll only have to update and add a bit. If it's from scratch it'll take significantly longer. My aerial OOB should be ok, but I would welcome the help of someone more knowledgea...

I have some significant OOB resources and would be happy to help assemble a 2026 OOB for China (and others if it's useful) so long as someone else can generate the missions and LUA, just let me know the parameters of what you're looking for. I'm playing the massive scenario Red Dragon Descends 2022, but there's been a problem (I think since the most recent update): I order a flight to RTB, it will show as RTBing for a minute, then revert to 'unassigned.' I have a similar problem with tanking. I order the aircraft to tank, but they don't...

At first glance, Russia looks pretty underpowered. All those aircraft with AA-10s, is the Russian order of battle really that poor? Consider throwing in more modern aircraft.

Red Dragon Descends is the scenario you're looking for. It's so large that it won't run on many computers, including mine, much to my dismay.

Finally found time to play the finished version of this one. I'm not doing very well at it, but that's my problem of course. Just want to congratulate you on a very large scenario very well done!
