Can you elaborate on what might exceed CMO's capabilities here? The point of the scenario is to be enormous, but I played the 2022 version (very slowly) without trouble a few years ago. So I've taken a quick look at the scenario now. It looks like you've put some work in on this, which is great, but there are a few things I would ask you to insert to make it more realistic.
-Japan as an independent side under AI control
-Australia as an independent side under AI control ...

It's going to take a while -- did you retain the Chinese forces from the 2022 scenario? If so it'd make life a lot easier, I'll only have to update and add a bit. If it's from scratch it'll take significantly longer. My aerial OOB should be ok, but I would welcome the help of someone more ...

At first glance, Russia looks pretty underpowered. All those aircraft with AA-10s, is the Russian order of battle really that poor? Consider throwing in more modern aircraft.
