Marco Polo Stalemate

I've just completed the Marco Polo scenario, single player vs AI as the Japanese. Thoroughly enjoyed it but was awarded a stalemate rather than a victory, even though all victory city hexes were occupied at game end.

Just a heads up, didn't spoil the game whatsoever.

Re: New Unit glitch in 1.03.04?

Isn't the problem that the location only has supply of 3? At least 5 is needed to place new units.

Re: Disaster in Mesopotamia

Just noticed that although units normally appear instantly, the Heavy Artillery has a delay.

Disaster in Mesopotamia

I'm playing the Disaster in Mesopotamia scenario and with the initial Entente 2000 mpp I purchased a Heavy Artillery unit. when placing New Units this unit does not appear.

The cost in mpp works but the unit isn't to be seen.

Re: TRP - World at War Released v0.8.13

That's a really useful image, thanks.

Looks like you've purchased all the German Motorised Corps!

Any chance of a reports graph showing the respective strengths of all the countries Land, Air and Naval forces?

Re: Paradrop chaining, what are peoples thoughts on this?

I agree that paradrop chaining is gamey.

"Paratrooper
- In a ZOC, Paradrop, Movement, Attack, Reinforce or Upgrade will cause the Paradrop icon to be disabled
- Paratroopers must be at full strength for the Paradrop Icon to be enabled"

I'm not sure that the Paratroopers should be at full strength ...

Re: Numbers?

It's a penalty affecting AP (Action Points) or Readiness, or both, I'm not sure.

As far as I can tell it's because of scenario rules (you will see it in reports) or a penalty for overstacking an airfield (you can try that for yourself). These numbers are in a green box.

You will also see negative ...

Re: PBEM reolays

Well, I gave GE Experience a go and it works great.

It just won't allow me to poke about after the turn, graphs, unit stats etc.

But it's better than nothing, and thanks for the tips, much appreciated :)

Re: PBEM reolays

Thanks OldCrow

I enjoy your YT channel and have learnt a lot from viewing.

What you suggest makes sense but it would be easier if the game allowed an end of turn screen for perusal at your leisure.

Thanks for the info, I'll give it a try

PBEM replays

Hello everybody

Long time single, hotseat and pbem player just wondering why we can't have replays available in pbem games?

The times I've finished a move and then want to peruse the map, research and production is innumerable.

Sometimes I'd just like to replay great turn!

Of course, bad turns ...

RE: So confused about recon and spotting

<t> My "feeling" is that it takes a recon of at least 50 to see what's in a hex. It can be very difficult to see if/what is right next to you, especially when it's night, foggy and in heavy terrain (Cities/Heavy woods)<br/>
<br/>
If you can see a ? thgen use your HQ recon card on a unit next to it ...

RE: Frozen Unit or Glitch?

My game kept freezing during the AI turn.

The AI turn can be long and slow in the larger scenarios, many a time I thought it was frozen but it always got going again for me.

It's a great game.
