RE: Scaling problem

Thanks. Tried Full screen but no luck, it messes up still.

Is there a way of changing the resolution of my screens and dropping scaling in one function? Lik switching to another virtual desktop?

Scaling problem

<r> My eyesight isn't the best, so I have a large display and scaling set to 150%. Is there any way to fix the following: <IMG src="https://ibb.co/zhGWCbd"><s></e></IMG><br/>

I don't check the Matrix forums often enough, where would I put my name down for the next phase?

RE: Use comma's in numbers

+1 for commas, you can become "zero blind" after a while so it would really help.

RE: Whole Europe

A good way of doing that would be the ability of a team leader to assign or unassign any oob element to a team member during their turn so you could simulate cross attachments and vary the team size on the fly should someone not be able to continue to play.

RE: Scaling buttons and text.

<t> I used to have 3 matching displays but my eyesight is a bit weak so I bought a 35" centre monitor and I'm using a Large TV for the other side. The remaining monitor is in portrait mode for reading. An unusual setup for sure, I don't try to use nVidia surround. Things were much simpler when I had ...

Fast reply!

Getting a message when I try to upload the DxDiag zip: www.matrixgames.com says C:\fakepath\DxDiagApr2019.zip is not supported
Not sure where it's getting 'fakepath' from.
It let me upload a .txt though.

Scaling buttons and text.

Is there an option to scale up the interface, buttons, text and the likes? I can zoom in and make the hexes larger but the interface stays small and can be hard to work with.

RE: Trying to get this running on a newer machine

<t> Got it running in my centre screen, I had failed to account for a 1.5 scaling on windows. I incremented the windowed size out with the increments (21:9 at normal) adjusted to the 1.5x scaling and took a little off for my taskbar. Interestingly, if you drag the window partially across the ...

Trying to get this running on a newer machine

<t> I'm trying to get the game running on a newer machine that has Win 10. I have multiple monitors and the game doesn't seem to like running in anything other than the primary monitor. <br/>
My centre monitor is large but high resolution so any game that runs on it needs to have a scalable UI or I ...

I'm probably missing a trick here

<t> When I enter the flags for fullscreen windowed: <br/>
"I:\WITP\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe" -w -px1920 –py1080<br/>
I'm getting a window all right, but it's much smaller. Playing with the fullscreen flag stretches the screen but keeps it at the lower resolution. I'm using Win 7 ...

Adding to Steam

Quick question: is there a way of converting or adding my non-steam copy to steam? I find it much easier to keep my games on one service and not having to worry about the key.

Boxed version question

Quick question for anyone in the know: If I opt for a boxed version of Op. Torch do I get the same manual as the boxed version of WitW or is there a difference between the two?

RE: Double click don't select HQ

As far as I know it's just the one tab. I can't find a windows.txt in the directory containing Barbrrossa.exe , a search has thrown up nothing in the entire steamapp folder. Is it possible the absence of this file is the issue? Can I force windowed mode? -window, -w anything like that?
