RE: AAR - Fall Weiss II - BPINisBACK vs crispy131313

<t> Very nice AAR to read and beautiful pictures. A very nice mod that Crispy1313 made. <br/>
I will have a look at it myself as well. I think the congratulations are too you as well BPINisBACK, while crispy1313 has won the war, in a lot of games when the Axis manage to survive past July 1945, this ...

This is really cool. Looking forward how this devolps. With the panzercorps skin and advanced AI. This probably will be the best digital boardgame out there.

<t> Yesterday, I finished my first game, which was was a loss for me as the Allies. This is already an indicator for me how much I like this mod as this will be a though nut to crack.<br/>
I lost Stalingrad, Leningrad and the Germans are now on next to the Moscow. I didn't have the strength to ...

RE: Europe In Turnmoil Mod.

<r> Thanks kirk 23 this is a great mod. I'm just playing it for 3 turns and I really like that turns pass for the Axis and Allies for 1 week. I also like that the research tree (with having 5 for each), the amount of naval units and ground units.<br/>
I would only recommend to rename the special ...

RE: Feedback for the Axis 1939 campaign

<t> I agree. I think for single player purpose, next to the providing the AI with additional MPP, there should be a hard and very hard scenario in which the AI gets an additional amount of units. For example, during Barbarossa the Soviets get 10 additional corps/divisions and 3 shock troops. The ...

RE: First impressions of Strategic Command WWII War in Europe

I just played as the Axis and I really love it. I think this game will keep me busy for some time. Managing your spendings is one of the hardest choices up to now. I'm really getting kicked ass by the British on the sea.

RE: Does the Soviet AI need help?

<t> There are some good things and some bad things I have seen by the "Soviet" AI. <br/>
The good things is that they focus their attacks to weaken the units and trying to destroy it (combined with the airforce), so they did a good offensive in the spring 1942 almost destroying a panzer core ...

<t> This is what I mean. Looking at the game concept this would probably work when you are conquering smaller countries like the UK, however in the USSR there will be a lot of pocket fighting while maintaining a stable front. This will have a impact on the advance of the eastern front.<br/>

I noticed that units which are out of supply (e.g. by encirclement) can be replenish. Is there any reason why this was made in this game?

<t> A smart choise if I may add, as a lot of new games focus more about the graphics and putting in more content, which might be good for the eye, but will become dull in the end if teh AI is not being able to work. <br/>
