Movement Fog of War

Do you experienced players typically play with movement fow enabled in addition to the standard fow? Also does this option render the shorter scenarios i.e. Husky impossible? Thx

Is there a way to run witw reliably on a mac? I followed the steps on the one thread I could find regarding but have not been able to get it working. ...Yes, I know Macs are terrible for gaming.
