Edit the 'Windows.txt' file in the main installation directory. You can turn on windowed mode and set the resolution to whatever you like. For example:

dpi_by_windows=off
windowed_mode=on
windowed_mode_w=2560
windowed_mode_h=1440

If you have zero leaders in your reserve pool then fire your Secretary (costs PP). The game will generate a brand new leader to take the secretaries place. Assign as needed...lather, rinse, repeat (to the limits of your PP).

The Road Construction section of the manual is wrong (old info that was changed/updated during beta). The in-game Road Construction menu also provides too little information. At the very least it should mention the construction cost will vary depending on the underlying terrain type.

Move the units to the same hex. Then click the Transfer/BG button (right side, bottom option). This will allow you to merge units. I do this with the GR Infantry units as i get new ones to make a single stronger unit.

You design new models through the 'Model Design' council. That council discovers new models are possible and once that is done you can create a new design by picking which weapons/armor/engines to include in the new model.

You have to load into a game to see the full options menu. The 'Prefs' option from the main menu only has the sound and music options.

You can unlock the mouse in the options menu.

You can edit the windows.txt file in the root directory to switch to windows mode at whatever resolution you want.

There is no borderless window mode currently.
