Re: Elvis Gold Records

Ha! No doubt. I joke about it all the time. Tank of Gas 4 years ago for my Truck, was over $100/Tank. The game cost me $50 maybe. I've played over 200+ games of SC-WaW. So yeah, I'm worth a new computer. Need a bigger screen. Need the old Icons. Need a keyboard that's bigger as my fingers. The ...

Computer/Battery died --> Azhraden, Jonny25k, pwurzburger, arcturusrising, DmitryN

This sucks, my computer of many years has a batter connection error.
I've reinstalled the game into another computer, and the Username is tied to a merged Forum name, that Matrix did after I bought the game. Cannot access the games I currently have going.

Doesn't' really matter, the new computer ...

Re: Elvis Gold Records

Reinstalled the game on new Laptop.
Lost my Username and my current old games.

I'm now JonJonesRambo, no clue how to fix. Guess my old games are gone. Something happened on Forum rollover after I bought the game. This stinks, had 2 games both at the *key times in 1943.

Computer #1: Played SC-WaW for 4 years, believe my username was Elvisjjonesrambo. Computer batter connected dies. Computer won't boot. Spilled too much coffee into it over the last 5+ years.

Compter #2: download the game, put in the serial number (actually defaulted to serial #), Username comes up ...

Re: What’s the record?

I wouldn't calling playing 8 games at once, during the Scamdemic a record.
Wait, guess you could.
Was losing 7 of 8.
No way to remember what's going on it.
Didn't care, always wanted a turn to play.

The World Wide lockdown takeover got me back into gaming
Wanna say I had 8 games going at once.
Nothing else to do.

Was losing at a 80%+ clip.
Didn't care, always wanted a turn to play.

@Umeu --- I will give you credit, call it the Umeu Opening. Like a chess move, there's nothing better. Really not a reason to do anything but that. I'm not gonna play against that. Re: The World at War ELO Tournament

I was outta control. Landing in Syracuse, first, not Tripoli. I was completely outta control. There was no reason to take Bengazi, should have left, with the raid, been content on small drop to Italian morale. I surrounded Tobruk with a bunch of garbage units from India, South Africa, wherever, that ...

Re: The World at War ELO Tournament

My mistake was not being content with taking Tripoli. Could have easily just left. Instead, I took Benghazi and then Tobruk. Allies were stretched, low supply, no speed. I gambled, didn't expect the a visit from the Panzers so quickly. You brought the heat, fast.

Thinking back, I took Syracuse ...
