PBEM problem

My turns in the SC tournys are not uploading to the Matrix site. They save and go Italic Green but not red. Any help would be appreciated. I have played many mutiplayer games and never had this problem before. Thanks.

RE: Join the first official tournament

<t> Well It's been 24 hours and no sign of any opponent. Could we perhaps incorporate a substitute system so that if people do not start their game, say within 48 hours of the tourny start time they can be substituted? We need to be playing, on average, a couple of turns a day to complete the rounds ...

Spying and Intel

<t> Spying and Intel 'can reveal enemy units on map with a 1% chance per unit per lvl.'<br/>
<br/>
Does having multiple majors research this increase the chance or does only one major need to research this for all to benefit?<br/>

Thanks.<br/>
