Re: 1825.11 - Ongoing CTD issues

What's the path command is installed?

If it is in C:\Program Files or Program Filex(x86), can you try moving it to something like C:\Matrix Games\Command - Modern Operations?

I have the Steam version.

I think I figured out the issue- I think there was a conflict in the cache somewhere. Now ...

Re: 1825.11 - Ongoing CTD issues

What scenario? Any?

Perhaps it is related with webview2, try reinstalling/updating.

Thanks, I just reinstalled webview 2 and that didn't help.

Re: 1825.11 - Ongoing CTD issues

Is it a crash to desktop after starting or will it not even start?

It is strange there is nothing in the Event viewer. On the right, in actions there is a Find button, you may click on it and search for Command.exe

In the Dxdiagfile, there is a Command error. According to the AI it may be ...

[FIXED]1825.11 - Ongoing CTD issues

I am unable to launch CMO at all. I have attached my exception log and .ini file. I am available on discord all day today if anyone from tech dev team wants to walk through testing out possible fixes. I've already done a full clean install and all the usual suspects; checked drivers, updated ...

Re: Iran Expanded Target List (Feb 2026)

Here is the Opus 4.6 approach to the task. I just told him to do what Blu3 said above.

It added an interesting modality in that it first creates reference points where each target is (so that one can move around if wishes I guess) to which one can assign a DBID, in which case they become ...

Here you go. Feel free to update DBIDs as needed.

Re: Expanded Submarine Descriptions

Thanks everyone.

Quick update:

I'm adding a few things to the descriptions:
- AI generated indication
- Notes on doctrine/employment and suggested role in a scenario
- DBIDs for aircraft that can use the default magazine and use the aircraft facilities on the ship

Please let me know if you ...

Expanded Submarine Descriptions

I created a tool with AI to generate a description for every submarine that was missing a description. The entry is formatted the same for every entry. The data is taken from the database and the text is generated by an LLM.

Please let me know if you see any issues or have any suggestions on how ...

Re: Looking back

I guess I am a bit younger than many of the others here; I started out with Jane's Fleet Command bought on sale for $10 in a 3-pack with USAF and 688i from Babson's with my allowance. I've been hooked on this genre ever since.

[1676] Manpads engagement

I cannot attach the save file due to the size, but I am seeing an SA-7, engage SA-7 a target above the max target altitude and has climb substantially faster than DB the climb rate of the weapon.

I like the suggestion, but I'd rather see the devs focus on getting refueling logic right before doing something as ambitious as this.

Re: CMO RUNNING POLL - Gameplay feature requests

It would be nice if there was a way to change the missile waypoints the same way a strike mission axis can be changed.
