Good to know. Unfortunately I have to play on a resolution that makes a lot of the strategic map features less useful.

That's good to know, especially with the archaeological gubbins. The loss of the ruins defense modifiers etc is pretty unfortunate though.

Yes: tooltip on that date in the upper right corner shows you what round it is and the equivalent earth date

<t> It's a 5% bonus per tile used, out to a maximum of 3 hexes in each direction. Farms can't share usage of a tile at the same time though. There's probably a way to optimize food income against administrative strain actually. It's a good little system, and it's nice how the map changes as you play ...
