for me it really depends on whether the ussr does a forward deployment or deploy further back, if they do the usual rear ward deployment then the earlier the better, April or may if its forward then you need to be more ready so may or June.

do you have any of the logistics ships? they double it and are awesome! it seems to be some sort of ratio, if your units are way down there in effectiveness the ship supply gives you more up to 19-20% with logistics specialty if your units are really bad like 10%. If they are pretty fresh sometimes ...

i don't think it really matters except make it easier, that uses lots of supply trucks, I usually just give to a few key units. you seem very prolific, you must be new? welcome. I would be glad to play a game with you and answer questions as we go.
