I think I can vaguely remember that if the capital is moved to a city unconnected via rail, then the whole production queue is lost. If this is the case, then surrendering the UK early, cuts down the Royal Navy and RAF quite a bit.
It is possible that I am completely mistaken here.

As the tournament does not have houserules I would say anythig within engine goes, but I am not going to do super wired sh*t myselfe.

I do have reasonable experience with the game, but non with this patch.

Thanks for the quick response. I mainly want to avoid a box being shipped around the globe, for which I have neither use nor space. Or is there just no box shipped, if I don't check the DX checkmark? This is not super clear to me ... especially because it asks me for a shipping adress right after.
