I've NEVER had 15 leaders in the reserve pool. At most I've had 3 leaders.

If you have leaders in the pool that you don't intend to use, play the retirement card option to get rid of them . Your 'up and coming' leaders should be holding either governor or OHQ positions. When a director or advisor ...

I think the longest game I've had was to about round 125 - and that was when a theocratic major declared war on me and I had to devote considerable resources to that fight while I expanded elsewhere and grew population.

You are attacking a 'chitinous' animal (armored) with low quality infantry weapons.

3. Autocracy Profile seems very under powered.....The use of Fear is great and the stratagems are good as well - Just far to expensive....for example Call to power can cost over 50pp and can only cause a max 2000 enemy troops to rebel....you then need to play this 2-3 times do ...

The game illustrated by the first post was actually my second experience of imposing a VERY substantial kill ratio against a major and not seeing any observable reduction in zone city population (Free Folk sources were depleted). I've been contemplating doing an extended write up for a potential DLC to 'fix' the scale issues in the game extant.

Went ahead and did the attempt and got a result of 151 - so the program IS correctly including the feat modifier (it just isn't showing correctly in the mouseover). The highest roll that would've been possible if the mouseover was correct would've been 131.

Playing with the latest open beta (v1.12e) and this issue arose.

The displayed skill roll IS NOT including the feat bonus (although it shows in the mouseover, it IS NOT correctly showing in the final modifier).

It should be 9 + 3 + 30 + 16 ...

After some experimentation with three zones where I had the issue of construction of private farming assets not beginning....

It looks like at least 3000 population over and above the amount required for full functioning of the asset is required for the program to actually initiate construction. So ...
