This scenario is a fictional scenario themed around an attack on Convoy PQ17.
Currently, ship designs are not keeping up with demand, so some vessels are being replaced by substitutes.
The difficulty of an Allied victory, while not impossible, is currently under testing.

That was a good scenario.The armament of the "Cristobal Colon" was very well reproduced. However, the year listed in the scenario selection description is 1998, not the original 1898.

Just as you explained, I feel that the game is well-balanced no matter which side I play on.I liked playing on the German side.

In the current version of the DLC Ship Designer, it is recommended that you ignore any errors when recreating historical ships and save your work.Now, designs that were saved despite errors can be used without any issues in the Scenario Editor.
This is mentioned on page 14 of the DLC manual.
