"Discours" should be spelled "Discourse" during the event of successfully talking to the mainframe AI.

When selecting a new OHQ commander, hovering over the "Appoint" button, the text says "Click to appoint this character as an advisor"

[1.27e2] Crash to Desktop during end turn / AI processing phase

No mods, Oceania DLC enabled, Verified game integrity, SE just crashes after I click "end turn".

It'll process several steps from AI regimes and then crash to desktop.

I just added 5 Blitzer III (which was missing for your 3 battalions) via replacement troops, and they were all replaced the next turn.
If there was a bug with the transformation from regular to militia, it doesn't seem to be happening again.

Units in your SHQ, except for the Gladius and the Cataphract, are considered militias. This prevents them from being used as replacements for your regular battalions.
However, in the Replacement Troops or Models tabs, they are considered regular.

I am playing a game (beta branch on Steam) where I have a minor nearby whose city keeps disappearing from my map.

The minor is pretty good at finding/killing my spies, but if I send 2-3-4 spies on a turn, I'll see their city for the next turn, but then after a turn of being at "0" spies, their city ...

CPU Usage very high when scrapping cards

I noticed when scrapping multiple cards in a row, my CPU usage gets very high (7800X3D) causing the fans to whir. It’s also slow to scrap cards when there are multiple pages of cards. Can this process be optimized without too much work?

It would be nice to have an option to pay the traders to transport goods between SHQs, independent of logistics chains.

Perhaps set up as either a one-time thing or a constant offering, with the cost perhaps being based on distance or similar.

Thanks Vic! I think it was a combo of the two - I did take some farms but it looked like they had enough to sustain if they chose to feed troops over biofuel. It’s a little heard for me to interpret.
