I managed to get it working. So much fiddling with resolution and not able to stay full screen. All good! Thanks everyone!

So issue and the solution is 100% the dd_sw switch. When I put it in the game speeds up considerably, but it also screws up the game graphically. Unfortunately no go. The dd_sw switch definitely works but it causing graphical glitches and it was mentioned it could do this in the beta notes. SeaBee is no longer available.

No go, Seabee link no longer available. I did a fresh install and have latest beta patch.

That worked correct the glitches -skipVideo -deepColor -multiaudio -archive -altFont -fd

However, now the resolution is super low, not at all my native 2560x1440.
