I also ran across this bug, and reloading the 'corrupted' save I made at the beginning of the turn even with the o2 beta version did not clear those phantom appointments from my decision list.
I ended up re-rolling the turn from the prior turn's autosave, and only then did I not have the issue.

Vic, would it be possible then to at least have the "Dismiss" button greyed out if it is impossible to actually perform the dismissal?

In the manual (or in-game somewhere) it states that you have to be able to raise 50% of a formation for it to be created.
In the middle bar for Cost is shows you'll need 140 fuel and you only have 62, hence the 44% of items value.

I wonder if you turned off the new portrait types and switched back to the original types if the problem goes away (since the dump specifically is calling out a function "DrawLeaderPortrait_NewGfx..."). Guessing it's having trouble drawing the commander portrait at the top of the battle window since ...

Thanks for the info Thrake. I couldn't really find an explicit statement of the Egoism effect on those stratagems in the manual, only that Egoism affects the impact of salary on their relation level. So reading between the lines it does make sense, just wish it had been a little more clearly stated ...

Upon further troubleshooting, it appears that it is only this particular Director out of 3 others I tried (plus 1 OHQ commander).
Is there something in his profile that would limit the impact of the Bonus or Gift stratagems?
