There is a bit of feedback from others about the logistics system. I don’t mind it I think it’s part of the game.

An alternative to the above might be to allow the LO to rush resources to one front SHQ or city if some people wish to use it. Maybe as a stratagem card?

I too am having similar issues with this.

I posted an idea about Militia Officer Council Position last week. Having read this it springs to mind maybe the position could handle the top up pool instead.

Do we have to disband them tho? Maybe you could make another solution to it? Being able to change TOE of the militia unit would allow you to create larger size units making them useful earlier.

That’s a cool idea, but to me that feels like a whole separate card. Something like ‘to the rescue’ or ‘support a friend’ or ‘better together’ loads of alternatives.

I do get that maybe vic want to limit in some way tho most things are.

So maybe Egoism is what the definition should be linked to. Too high and the leader won’t consider lowering themselves?

Disbanding Militia option is on the to-do list.

For the new DLC a simple added feature and/or quality of life addition would be to let you pick a leader photo portrait. On the main GUI when you click on your empire theres a current spare blank/grey space for it to on game.

I too have noticed the usefulness of militia waines in game. But the experiance is wanted.

I have noted that on the city page, home screen if you like. There is room for a portrait for you as supreme leader, currently has a big question mark. (See attachement bottom left)

Whats is this mechanic I dont understand have I done something wrong with the leader. He seems to always be getting into strife and I have to keep disaplining him.
